Chairman Rick Christie retires
Yesterday at the EBOS Group Annual Meeting, we officially said goodbye to Chairman Rick Christie, who has retired after 12 years leading our Board of Directors.
Rick played a key role in shaping the company we work for today, leading it through a period of extraordinary growth highlighted by successful acquisitions and a steadfast commitment to delivering strong returns to shareholders.
Rick joined EBOS as a Director in 2000 and, three years on, was appointed Chairman of the Board. His retirement is a time to reflect on his enormous contribution to this company and the industry sectors where EBOS Group is a major force. Please join me in wishing Rick well as he pursues new challenges.
Mark Waller has now commenced as Chairman. Mark was the Chief Executive and Manager Director of EBOS Group from 1987 through to 2014, and his leadership and insight as Chairman will be invaluable as we continue with our growth plans.
